City of Mill Creek Annex Building Tenant Improvements

We performed the 4,000 sf Tenant Improvements of the cities annex building. The project consisted of complete painting, flooring, new LED lighting with lighting controls, HVAC upgrades, fire suppression system changes and fire alarm modifications. The project also involved a custom reception desk, interior wall demolition/addition, new and repairs of existing drywall. The modified building area included: office space, breakroom/kitchen area, conference room and shared hallway space. The project was completed within an occupied building with no disruptions to the other occupants.
