4000 Building Library Renovation, Shoreline Community College

This project consists of the renovation of a (3) story structure built in 1964 as a library for shoreline community college. The original structure is structural brick with a pre-tensioned concrete floor and a wood framed roof with built up roofing. There is an interior renovation of approximately 6,428 sf on the main level that includes demolition of an exterior entry system and roof, a concrete topping over existing structural members, some interior casework and finishes. The new work includes: patio topping and patio addition, storefront entry system, roof repairs, casework, interior finishes, and mechanical and electrical lighting upgrades.
