The new office building is a 840 sf wood frames structure built on a concrete slab. The project included reisiding a portion of the existing building as well as new site improvements. The new building was constructed over the existing primary sewer line entering the site, extra care had to be take during the building process. We self-performed all work on the project with the exception of: electrical work, plumbing, flooring and asphalt. The project was finished on schedule and to the level of  quality expected by the client.
