City of Kettle Falls Library Renovation & Addition

We performed the construction of an approximately 3,200 square foot single story library and community center addition featuring wood frame construction over a crawlspace, with wood roof decking supported by glu-lam beams. Work also included the improvements of the existing 2,340 square foot Library. New mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Site work that included a retention pond and drain gallery, newly landscaped, and the complete interior fit out are included in the Contract. This project is funded by a federal grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Washington State Community Development Block Grant program.
