Laredo Canine Facility

We are currently accepting subcontractor and vendor proposals for the construction of a new 8,000 sf K9 Facility at the World Trade Bridge Land Port of Entry, Laredo Texas.  The building consists of a pre-engineered building, concrete footings, slab on grade, CMU constructed walls, metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, epoxy flooring and many other architectural features/  This project will be starting at the beginning of May for and run for a duration of approximately 8 months.

This project is a Federal project and is subject to Davis Bacon Wages and Federal Regulations.  The project documents are SBU documents and are subject to completion of SBU security documents.  Please email your request for the project documents to proposals@collabconst.com

This project is a Collaborative Construction Solutions, LLC project. We are seeking subcontractor bids for the construction of a 4,151 SF mixed use building. The building includes ground floor retail, a live/work unit and 4 residential units on the second floor. Building is composed of hardie cement panel siding  and brick veneer exterior,  new vinyl windows and aluminum storefront, structural concrete, concrete slab-on-grade, interior finishes, doors and all associated site work. Mechanical - Electrical - Plumbing - Fire Suppression are design build. - This project is anticipated to break ground the end of Feb. 2019.
